All the holiday cottages we let are individually owned and vary considerably both in style and specification. The descriptions have been carefully prepared to tell you about the holiday cottage but our helpful staff will be pleased to offer further advice on individual holiday cottages Tel: 01208 863206.
- Unless otherwise specified, the holiday cottages do not include linen or towels.
- Pets are permitted in a number of holiday cottages (those displaying a dog icon) and, should you decide to take advantage of this, we ask that you ensure your pet is well behaved and never left unattended at the holiday cottage. Where No Pets is specified this is not negotiable. We cannot guarantee that any property has not been occupied by pets at any time. Dogs are not permitted on Polzeath beach between Easter Day and October 1st but are welcome at Rock, Daymer Bay or on Port Isaac Beaches at any time.
- Keys can be collected between 3pm and 5.30pm on the day of arrival. Please notify us if your journey here is delayed. Departure time is 10.00 a.m. prompt on the day of the end of your holiday. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 12 noon.
- Tenants are required to leave the holiday cottage clean and in good order and will be responsible for any breakages. A caretaker is employed to check the holiday cottage before your arrival and on your departure. It may be possible to arrange for the holiday cottage to be cleaned on your behalf at an extra cost please ask a member of staff about this service on your arrival if required.
- We do not accept single sex party bookings (stag or hen weeks for example) and reserve the right to refuse young mixed parties, if we are instructed by the owner of the holiday cottage to only take family bookings.
How to make a booking
You may book a holiday cottage over the telephone, by fax, or by email. Telephone, 01208 863206, is the best route once an available holiday cottage is found on the web site. Please note that we offer tenants who stay in the area from Rock to Polzeath, first refusal on the same week for the following year (subject to the owners authority). This rebooking is carried out in November/December. For Port Isaac re-booking on most holiday cottages can take place straight away so do not wait for us to contact you!
Availability
Check the availability on the web site which is "live". It is advisable to then ring us ASAP and the booking staff will be pleased to confirm the holiday cottage for you (if you write, fax or e-mail the availability may have gone by the time we get the request!).
Booking
Once the booking staff have made the booking for you, we will forward a booking contract (which details the full booking conditions) for you to sign, complete and return along with your deposit payment which will be one third of the total rental plus insurance and booking fee. The holiday cottage owners will not accept bookings unless covered by a cancellation insurance. We have, therefore, arranged a special insurance scheme to cover all bookings with us. The premiums shown below will be included in the deposit amount and shown on your booking form. If the deposit is not received within fourteen days from the despatch of the booking form your booking will be cancelled.
Confirmation
When we receive your completed contract and deposit, we will send you a copy of your booking form (duly receipted) along with your insurance information. Your balance payment should be forwarded to us by the due date shown on your booking form. The booking reference number must be written on the reverse of your cheques and on all correspondence.
