Stunning, newly built contemporary house with wonderful uninterrupted views of sea and cliffs. The property enjoys large, enclosed lawned grounds. It is located at the top of the National Trust path to Lundy Bay and is a few minutes drive from New Polz
The accommodation is of an unusually high standard, with attractive modern furnishings and decoration. There is parking for several cars and a garage with a ping-pong table and snooker table.
