Large detached, character house ideally placed for local beaches, golf courses, coastal footpaths and all amenities.
The holiday cottage includes south facing enclosed lawned garden with ample, gated, off road parking & garage. Views across St. Enodoc golf course and estuary from first floor. Large trampoline in garden, and use of tennis court at an additional cost of £100.00 per week.
