Situated on Brea Hill, Trebetherick, this superior detached holiday cottage is reached by private road across the St Enodoc golf course.
Quick access to the beaches & Daymer Bay via coastal footpath and Rock itself is just a ten minute walk. Completely rebuilt in 2000, and redecorated in early 2007, the house is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Catching both morning and afternoon sun, the terraced garden offers a high degree of privacy. Ample parking, garage & store.
