Choose between a selection of cosy spaces for rest and relaxation; the open plan living area is filled with light and plenty of seating to relax with friends and family after a long day exploring the coastline. A separate lounge area on the first floor with further seating offers a quiet space to unwind with a good book, or sit out on the balcony where you can enjoy the views and sounds of the seaside. The spacious kitchen diner is light, airy and fluid in design, well equipped to prepare that memorable home cooked meal before retiring to the first floor living area where you can open up the balcony doors and enjoy a local tipple with friends. The bedrooms are evenly split over the ground and first floor, climb up to the upper level to find the generously appointed king bedrooms with shower room ensuites and beautiful views over the garden towards the coast. A further two beautiful twin bedrooms are loacted in the ground floor, one with balcony door access out onto the patio where you can enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh sea air. The Cottage boasts a generous mature gardens surrounding the property providing the perfect setting for al fresco entertaining at any time of day. From your doorstep, take a stroll with your buckets and spades to the golden sands of Daymer Bay, perfect for a family day out with it's sheltered cove and calm waters. For those walking enthusiasts, pull on your boots and catch the South West Coast Path to Polzeath beach, renowned as one of the best surfing beaches in Britain that also hosts many restaurants where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets whilst tucking into a seaside meal. You can hire surf and on the water equipment or book lessons by the hour whatever your level. Sailors will love nearby Rock with vast golden sands and calmer waters ideal for sailing, water skiing, paddle boarding and windsurfing.
