“Absolutely loved our stay in this cottage.”
Perfect distance from the beach (5 minute walk), beautiful views and large lawn for our dog to enjoy. The outside shower was so handy after surfing and the fact the property provided lots of bathroom towels was a plus with 3 kids. Kitchen was clean and easy to use as was the barbecue. We will definitely book this cottage again in the future.

After a day outdoors, use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before going inside and settling down. In the kitchen, which features a variety of modern appliances, dust off those cookbooks and enjoy a home-cooking session before moving to the dining area to savour a tasty meal with a breathtaking view of the sea. With two spacious sofas, an open fireplace, and a Smart TV, the living room is the perfect place to kick back. The dining room also has a little seating area where you may relax with a book from the given collection. The upper tier of the garden features an astro-turf lawn with furniture, making it the perfect place to have a morning coffee or an evening beverage. The vast lawn that surrounds the home can be reached by going down a few steps, giving the dogs lots of room to run around. There are four elegant bedrooms, including a king-size, double, twin, and single, all with fresh colours, to pick from. A bathroom and shower room are located near the bedrooms so you may choose how to get ready for the day. To start off your Cornish itinerary, take a stroll down to Polzeath beach in the morning along the costal path. After dipping your toes in the water, head back and have breakfast at the Beach Box café. Take a trip around the Cornish coastline to round up your day.
Be sure to stop at Pentire Point and The Rumps to see the dramatic cliff views that extend out to sea. About the location
POLZEATH
Wadebridge 7.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles.
The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
