During the recent high winds the draught from the windows was horrendous, blowing the blinds and the curtains into the room!!! The double glazing needs serious attention or replacing. The owners need to appreciate there is serious competition in Polzeath for similar houses, especially off season, and really need to consider spending some money on the property to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
