    “Great house.”

Each room having its own bathroom was a huge benefit.

The property

Moorlands is a contemporary, detached holiday home set tucked behind the main Roack Road, yet just within a 15-minute walk of Rock beach, the famed St Enodoc Golf Course and the shops and amenities of Rock village. The property enjoys a patio area combined with a pretty garden space, perfect for playing garden games or to soak up the Cornish sunshine. Comprising of 4 bedrooms, mainly found on the ground floor, Moorlands is a perfect family base from which to experience the best of the North Cornwall coast. The open plan kitchen space enables you to prepare family meals and have a go at cooking fresh Cornish seafood; then enjoy your culinary creations either in the dining area or outside on the patio in the sunshine. Filled with light, the ground floor social space is segmented into 3 areas which include a choice of comfortable seating under the conservatory or to stretch out on the sofa watching your favourite film. Open up the patio doors and let the outside in from the patio and garden, light the fire pit on those balmy evenings with friends whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Climb the statement spiral staircase to the master bedroom ensuite with views out through the glass panel into the garden and social area. The remaining 3 bedrooms are all on ground floor level. An ideally located holiday house for exploring this part of Cornwall, you are within walking distance of the Camel Estuary at Rock, the St Enodoc Gold Course and so close to the child-friendly beach of Daymer Bay and the more exhilarating waters of Polzeath. Walkers will adore the local coastal paths; or try the circular route from Port Quin to Port Isaac, and explore the pretty fishing harbour. Take a stroll down to Rock beach and hop on the Rock ferry to the harbour port of Padstow and sample a crab sandwich at one of the lovely cafes or pubs.
