The property

3 Overcliff is uniquely located in an elevated position above the coastal path in Port Isaac, boasting uninterrupted sea and coastal views. Recently renovated and Beautifully furnished throughout, this coastal property can sleep six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms and comes with a parking space for one car. This self catering property is an ideal seaside retreat for families or a group of friends, with the benefit of a patio area and an infinity garden! After a busy day exploring Port Isaac or swimming in the nearby cove at Port Gaverne, you can relax on the lawn with the Atlantic Ocean stretching out before you. As the name suggests, its location up on the cliff overlooking the sea affords a bird's eye vista of the sea and sky. The accommodation is set on two floors with the ground floor comprising a bright and airy kitchen/dining room equipped with an extendable dining table to seat up to 8 guests and a comfortable sitting room with the option to light up a cosy open fire on those cooler days. From this charming room you are best placed to gaze out onto those lovely sea views. The first floor master bedroom has a large king-sized bed and more of the glorious sea views. There are two further bedrooms each with adult size twin beds, one of which includes zip and link beds for that added flexibility. The house is ideally situated to enable you to leave the car and walk down to enjoy many of the fine village restaurants and tearooms. Seafood is in abundance here and the fishermen supply local eateries and individual customers, so you can cook up a seafood feast for the family! The little shops and galleries will keep creative folk happy, and the children can take buckets and spades out onto the sands as the tide gently retreats. Head round to the watersport hub of Rock for sailing and waterskiing, or the surfers’ paradise Polzeath beach. A half hour's drive away is the legendary home of King Arthur and Tintagel castle; immerse yourself in the history, myths and more stunning scenery. Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. Only ten minutes drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike. There is ample parking at the top of the village.
