“Yes, Because you joined with Sykes Holidays when I paid my final balance which was due £793 I had to pay the £200 housekeeping deposit as it would not let me continue to pay the booking without this fee.”

I have heard nothing from you since my return as to when I can expect reimbursement of this money and feel that your customer service appears to have changed when moving over to Sykes
