“The property was large, clean and well equipped but tired and very dated which did not give a good impression.”
Were not happy with John Bray has they changed the terms of our booking after we had paid the deposit. We sent an email to John Bray with our grievance but they failed to respond. Would not use John Bray again for this reason, not good practice not too respond to customer queries provides little faith in their service.
