“We left a day early due to illness of a family member at home.”

We did inform your office of our early departure. However a number of flies/Bluebottle's appeared the day before we left. They were quite prolific on the evening before our departure, seemingly coming from the loft at the top of the landing. During our journey home we contacted the office again to inform them of the problem. We also let them know about a problem with the wheely bin (no wheels). Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear you had to depart early, and that you encountered some maintenance issues. Thank you for making us aware of these, the flies are a seasonal and locational issue but we will look into some fly traps. We will also look to replace the bin. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner. Property Owner
