    “We have stayed in this property before, about 18 months ago, we have been visiting this area for more than 20 years, so the bungalow itself is ideally located and suitable for my elderly Mum.”

    Wonderful to be dog friendly, so the whole family enjoys this beautiful place and all the beaches! However, first time visiting in Winter, the beds are so terribly uncomfortable, we rotated in hope some may be better than others…sadly not…we all came away with bad backs..so far from ideal after paying a pricey sum of a New Years Break, one we booked after my Mums recent illness! The garden also really needs an outside

Samphire is a large, detached property on the stunning North Cornwall coast, right around the corner from the amenities of Rock. This well-presented home, located over the ground floor, is suitable for families and groups of friends looking to experience the rural and seaside wonders of Cornwall. After a day of exploration, relax in the spacious sitting area, which features a plush corner sofa, woodburning stove, and TV, making it ideal for a cosy night in. Bring the conversation into the kitchen/diner, a modern place where the appointed chef may wow guests with a home-cooked feast prepared on a double oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table or take the evening outside to dine alfresco on the patio furniture, which has a large lawned space for your dog to stretch their legs. Retire to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms, which include 2 king-size beds, twin, and a bunk room, all of which are well decorated and feature adequate storage. When it comes to getting ready for the day, there are bathrooms and shower rooms to pick from, as well as a convenient utility room where you can spin your clothing. There are numerous excellent walks in the area right from your doorstep, and Daymer Bay offers sheltered shallow waters ideal for afternoon picnics on the golden sands. For family outings, the kids will enjoy a trip to the lovely Camel Creek Adventure, a family activity centre with animal petting areas, which your child will like. Wadebridge has a lot to offer, from small boutique shops and delicatessens to well-equipped bike hire businesses where you can take a ride along the river and take in the scenery. Visit the port town of Padstow, which is accessible by foot ferry and offers a variety of art galleries, gift stores, cafés, and restaurants. Samphire is a fantastic getaway, offering everything you need for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country.
