    “This property was absolutely stunning.”

Great location and excellent all round. EV charging meant it was a huge relief not having to worry about charging. The house itself is beyond beautiful, we loved it.

Perfect for a group of six, the cottage is an ideal base to discover the stunning coastlines, Cornish heritage, and sandy beaches. Church Rooms has gated entrance for a quick arrival into your home-away-from-home by the sea, with private parking. Beautiful renovations, contemporary furnishings, and tasteful artwork, as well as some unique elements, can be found within. Unpack your possessions in one of three wonderful ground-floor double bedrooms, freshen up in the en-suite shower rooms with heated towel rails, or unwind after a long travel by slipping into the sheets and turning on the television. A convenient cloakroom with a sink and WC, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensures that your clothing stay fresh throughout your vacation. The first floor is where a stylishly furnished kitchen/diner awaits; set the dining table for an evening meal under the sloped ceilings, Velux windows and beautiful wooden beams, whilst the group's chef can utilise the well-equipped, contemporary kitchen. Follow a few steps down to Church Rooms' fantastic social hub, the adjoining sitting room, where visitors may congregate to play games, relax in plush sofas with a glass of wine, and start the woodburning stove to create a peaceful atmosphere. Large patio doors open out onto the balcony, which has fantastic sea views across Port Isaac's roofs, making it a bright area to drink your morning coffee and relax while on vacation. Climb the ladder up to the second-floor mezzanine snug overlooking the living spaces with more stunning views in a calm spot, suitable for resting with a good book or catching up with a loved one. Outside, on the front patio, there is a wooden seat where you can sit and watch the world go by before venturing into Port Isaac. The charming fishing community preserves much of its original charm, with a plethora of stores and cafés where you can stock up on ingredients for home-cooked meals or dine out before taking a stroll along the lovely harbour in the evening. Travel west for a day at Polzeath, a little community and surfers' paradise; wander along picture-perfect sand and shingle beaches, explore an abundance of rock pools, or follow the coastal paths for breath-taking sea views from The Rumps and the National Trust Pentire Point. Padstow, with its historic fisherman's cottages and merchants, is also a short drive west, where you can sample local seafood, cycle or stroll The Camel Trail and take in the spectacular surroundings, or take a boat tour across the magnificent harbour for wildlife spotting or fishing. Storytellers will adore Tintagel, which is rich with tales and legends; climb cliffs up to the ruins of Tintagel Castle, explore Merlin's Cave during low tides, and close the day with a lovely supper in one of the tiny tea shops. Choose Church Rooms for a relaxing stay with views of the sea and easy access to the best of Cornwall's attractions.
