“1. WiFi code given did not work.”
Reported issue by phone and given ref no (COR-233732-CF) for issue and told we would be contacted. No contact ever received. Went direct to John Bray to report issue instead and they said Sykes had not been in contact with them at all but having taken on the issue on they solved problem within 24 hours. We are still waiting for Sykes to respond! Upshot was the we were without promised WiFi for 3 days of our stay

2. No instructions for any appliances which caused us some problems
3. On arrival found bag and pile of used? towels left on dining table with no explanations. Clean towels already in bedrooms

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are really sorry for the issues you encountered during your stay. We will have a look into why the issue with the WIFI code wasn’t resolved straight away. The owner has provided us with instructions manuals for the property, we will make sure these are in place. I have asked our head of caretaking to address the issue with the linen and property instructions. We will ensure that these issue are rectified.
