Little Trig is an attached holiday property which occupies a prime location within a two minute walk of the Clubhouse of St Enodoc Golf Club. From its fabulously elevated position it enjoys extensive views of the stunning Camel estuary. Light, well appointed accommodation with a marvellous south facing terrace, mature lawned gardens and driveway access combine to make Little Trig an ideal base for your holiday. A versatile combination of one double, two twin bedrooms and a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed that has a truckle to pull out and extend it into a super king, enabling 6-8 guests to stay here. The well equipped Kitchen/Dining/Lounge (all open plan) with patio doors open onto the wonderful terrace with those remarkable estuary views. The property also benefits from a garden room with patio doors leading out on to the terrace. There is ample parking for a trailer under the trees, so feel free to bring your bikes, surf boards or other sailing gear.If you can tear yourself away from the estuary and rural vistas, the house is minutes away from the most wonderful footpaths which can take you straight across the golf course towards the magnificent Daymer Bay and then on towards the rugged clifftops around Polzeath and beyond. Golfers and sailors have everything on the doorstep as a short walk down the hill will take you to the vibrant boating scene of the Camel estuary. Here you can try your hand at water skiing, wake boarding or stand up paddle boarding. Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

The Single bed in bedroom 4 has a truckle under and can be made up as a Super King size zip/link. If you require this, please call us to advise.

Please note, this property does not include bedlinen or towels. You are welcome to bring your own with you, or you can hire items from Atlantic Laundry, who will deliver your order in a bag to your holiday home.
Orders must be placed at least one week prior to your arrival.
Before ordering your linen, please check the bed configurations of your holiday cottage; especially, where zip and link beds are supplied, as you will need to let them know whether you will be using them as a twin or superking.
