“We really liked staying in one of the older, character buildings in Rock.”

The house was generously proportioned with high ceilings and an elegant look and feel. It has also been thoughtfully decorated inside, in keeping with its original style and features. The house was generously proportioned with high ceilings and an elegant look and feel. It has also been thoughtfully decorated inside, in keeping with its original style and features. The large sitting room, with its bay window overlooking the bay, is a great place to spend time and spacious enough to accommodate quite a few people. Spending time in the front garden, watching the sunset in the evenings, was very enjoyable. We also really liked that there is plenty of parking to the rear of the property as it meant that we were never searching for parking spaces. What could make it even better? 1. Make more of the basement area as is a great place for teenagers to relax. We had to keep the door open whenever we were in there as there was an odour emanating from somewhere. 2. Make more of the rear garden as this is another lovely place to sit and enjoy some peace, whilst still having lovely views across the bay. 3. Make sure the barbecue gas cylinder has an adequate supply. We had to buy a new cylinder as the one there was empty. We managed to get the last one just in time for some friends coming round. We would have been a bit stuck had we not been able to get one! Overall, we were very happy. Thank you.
