Built to a very high specification, Tregye is a luxury coastal holiday home with gorgeous estuary views and direct access via a private footpath onto unspoilt Porthilly Beach. Located just a few minutes walk from Rock's beachside restaurants, cafes and shops, and the Rock Sailing Club and Camel Ski School. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this fantastic self catering holiday house offers 4 indulgent bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have zip and link beds offering flexible family configurations. With plenty of parking, and lots to do on your doorstep, you can unpack and forget about the car while you stay at Tregye.The light and bright ground floor has been designed with social living in mind with a beautifully decorated and spacious, open plan kitchen, living room and dining room opening out onto the terrace where you can indulge in a tall glass of Tarquin's whilst drinking in the waterside views. Wake up to breathtaking sea views of the Camel Estuary and the countryside beyond from the two main bedrooms upstairs, both with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and sumptuous king size beds. The remaining two bedrooms offer comfortable twin beds and both share a modern family bathroom.This contemporary holiday home is the perfect base from which to explore Rock on foot. Starting at Porthilly beach it is possible to walk the mile length of Rock beach, which wraps around the coast to Daymer Bay and onwards to Polzeath beach - a surf mecca for all abilities. Stunning scenery abounds along the way, with tempting boutique shops and cafes determined to distract you. At Rock you can catch the foot ferry over to Padstow harbour, a fun day trip with plenty of historic buildings, celebrity eateries (Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth) and atmosphere to soak up. Kids will love the crazy golf followed by local fudge and ice creams! For evening excursions, book the Water Taxi to whisk you homewards against a back drop of twinkling lights. With the St Enodoc Hotel opposite you can indulge in their spa facilities, and delicious lunches on their stunning terrace. Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
