The spacious master bedroom boasts a super king size bed and luxurious ensuite bathroom equipped with a tub and separate shower that oozes indulgence. The first floor also has a large kingsize bedroom with an extra child's single bed under the eaves at, a kingsize bedroom with a shower ensuite, a double bedroom and a balcony accessed from the landing where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a garden view. On the ground floor the practical kitchen includes bench seating and a table that is perfect for a quick breakfast if you wish to eat on the go before a big day out on the water. Well equipped with an Everhot cooker, meals can be prepared easily if you plan on eating in. Just off here, a separate utility means all the facilities are tucked away, with plenty of room to store your beach gear. For downtime, the comfortable snug is a useful extra area for children or adults looking for a peaceful place to curl up with a game or a book away from the main lounge, including a log burner which guests are welcome to use to give that wonderful toasty feeling. The main living room has oodles of space and is beautifully light and airy, with lovely features and plush sofas to sink into. To the side of this expansive room, the dining area features an attractive wood table and chairs; the ideal place to enjoy laid-back feasts together in comfort. This lounge diner opens up into the conservatory area with table football, table tennis and extra seating for some in-house entertainment. The stunning Camel Estuary is within walking distance offering scenic sailing and water-skiing at Rock, along with fine restaurants, pubs and access to the coastal paths linking Porthilly to Daymer and onwards to Polzeath. Golf enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with The Point and St Enodoc Golf Course on your doorstep. You can literally walk for miles, the North Cornwall coast offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in all its glory. From Rock you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow, for a fun day out exploring this historic working harbour. Eat out at Rick Stein’s restaurants or Paul Ainsworth at No. 6 and catch the water taxi home against a backdrop of twinkling lights for a magical experience. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
