    “This is the second time we have stayed at pentire this year extremely well equipped and comfortable property the furnishings and bedrooms, bathrooms etc excellent very quiet area but perfect for us will hopefully be returning the price reasonable for the area as just the two of us with a dog .”

Pentire is a fantastic three-bedroom holiday home enjoying a superb location in St.Minver in Cornwall. Boasting a charming décor with playful nautical touches, a open-layout and a good selection of amenities just a stone’s throw away, Pentire is the perfect destination for group of friends or family of six and one furry canine companion to embark on a Cornish adventure. Step into the entrance hall, where you can discard any coats and shoes after your journey, you will also find a convenient cloakroom for a quick freshen up. Be welcomed into the open-plan living space, where you can play chef in the fully-functioning kitchen, with Smart Fridge and dishwasher, as you whip up a delicious feast. On sunnier days, why not make dinner an alfresco occasion out on the private patio and fire up the barbecue? Settle down to enjoy a satisfying meal in the glow of the central woodburning stove and discuss plans for the days ahead. Take your pick of gloriously sandy nearby beaches, with the villages of Rock and Polzeath both offering uninterrupted sands, perfect for soaking up the sun, beachcombing the shores or trying your hand at the local’s favourite activity, surfing at Polzeath. Rock also offers sailing and water skiing along the River Camel which is sure to tempt any thrill seekers within your party. Venture to nearby Port Quin, where you will find the impressive Doyden Castle which can be seen from the coastal path, a small 19th-century castle-style house which looks out over the sea. From Port Quin you can embark on a guided canoe or kayaking tour and explore the magnificent surrounding waters of the coast. Directly opposite Rock is the popular town of Padstow where you can travel to via the foot ferry from Rock slipway and is home to the National Lobster Hatchery, where you can even adopt your own hatchling. Padstow is a picturesque harbour and a bustling town centre filled with shops, restaurants and pubs. Brush up on the local area at the Padstow Museum which offers interesting exhibits and archives, hire a bike and cycle along the well-known Camel Trail offering 18-miles of incomparable views, or embark on a Sealife Safari where you can meet the dolphins that frequent the shores, ending the day with some fresh fish and chips and a cool beverage before pootling back across the Camel Estuary on the day ferry on in the summer months, evening water taxi.
