“The location of the cottage is perfect.”
The views are amazing. The disappointment was the dirty state of the cottage, such that on arrival I spent 2 hours cleaning floors, removing thick layers of hair, grease and dirt. It looked like the cottage had not been cleaned for several weeks. Crisps packets and sweet wrappers left on the porch bench. The next disappointment was the inadequate response from John Bray office. Their office was closed over the weekend so there was no help to resolve issues. The cottage only has 1mB broadband ...

It looked like the cottage had not been cleaned for several weeks. Crisps packets and sweet wrappers left on the porch bench. The next disappointment was the inadequate response from John Bray office. Their office was closed over the weekend so there was no help to resolve issues. The cottage only has 1mB broadband so I was unable to send photos to the John Bray office to show the problems. Having sent John Bray office the photos on our return home nearly 10 days ago I still have not had a response. The problems we had were avoidable, and hopefully having reported them future guests will not have the same problem. If the management company ensure the property is clean and ready for use, then you will have a wonderful holiday.
