I am still due a £50 refund due to lack of cleanliness in the property (see copy of email that follows). This has not yet been sent to me.

We called into the Rock office on Tuesday 28th September to complain about the lack of cleanliness in Treperran. We were advised to email our comments which we did on 30th September (copy of this is below).
To summarise:
- lack to cleanliness is unacceptable. Two chopping boards had mold and food remnants on them. Also refer to the many other comments (photos sent in email.
- website photos don't reflect reality of the property. For example, the kitchen cupboards are falling apart and are dirty.
- the property lacks any kind of warmth and is barely adequate as a holiday home (we've stayed in many). For example, there is no wardrobe in the master bedroom.
We never expect any property to be perfect but this one falls below an acceptable standard and there were too many negatives to not warrant comment.
