“Yes the house was comfortable and clean!”

The kitchen can however be better equipped with more bowls!

The property

Rock 1.4 miles. Trethias is a pleasant, detached, self-catering bungalow nestled in the peaceful village of Tredrizzick near Rock, Cornwall. The holiday cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms and provides a quiet coastal escape for a family or group of friends. In your new home-away-from-home, park in the convenient off-road parking and unpack at your leisure. Start the kettle in the bright and airy kitchen/diner, which includes an electric oven, hob and grill, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for an easy clean-up. Take a seat at the table for five or take advantage of the warmer evenings with an alfresco dinner on the patio. On bright days, open the wide glass patio doors to let the fresh air in as the kids play games on the lawn and the adults relax with a tipple in the sun trap. As the evening progresses, retreat to the warmth of the open fire in the elegant sitting room; burrow into the leather sofas and select a film to watch on the Smart TV; or bring your family's favourite games to compete in a friendly competition. Three bedrooms include a king-size suite with its own sitting area and en-suite bathroom for more privacy, as well as a twin and a single, to rest your head before your holiday activities. Before heading out for the evening, freshen up in the family shower room after a fun-filled day at the beach. In the village of Rock, there are plenty of popular restaurants, pubs, and boutiques, as well as plenty of coastal adventures within easy reach; take the back country lanes to marvel at the scenery, escape the crowds and explore the less visited Lundy Bay at low tide, or walk up to Pentire Point from the Lead Mines car park beyond Polzeath. From here, you may take in the panoramic views out to sea, which include the mouth of the Camel Estuary on one side and the more rugged coastline stretching north on the other. The South West Coastal Path runs the entire length of this stretch, allowing you to join whatever section you like based on your walking abilities. Golfers will enjoy the St Enodoc Golf Course, which is just a few minutes' drive from Threthias and features a large golf course with some of the most beautiful coastal vistas. The quiet shores of Daymer Bay, where the old and picturesque St. Enodoc Church is located, are close if you prefer a gentler pace. Trethias is a tranquil retreat in a convenient location for exploring Cornwall's stunning coastline.
