    “The inside of the property did meet and exceed our expectations and we will return to this house another time hopefully.”


    But we were disappointed in the outside areas.....all windows on the outside and window sills were covered in spiders webs, dried leaves and were just grubby....they hadn't been cleaned for ages. I did the downstairs ones myself and this includes the windows on patio doors. The bushes, hedges and shrubs all needed trimming back - especially the big hedge at the front of the house. The back patio is crying out for a small bistro set of table and chairs x 2 and we were disappointed there were no sun lounger type chairs - we really missed these....only chairs were the ones around the big table on the main patio. These chairs need cushions and whilst there were some in the kitchen store cupboard they had no covers on them. The property

Brea is a cheerful, detached holiday house set within a little private close, benefiting from a small-enclosed front garden with a slate terrace and parking. The self catering holiday property will comfortably sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, lovely for a family or two couples with little children looking forward to holiday sleepovers. Your four-legged friend may also join the fun as pets may be brought by arrangement. Tredrizzick is a quiet little hamlet in North Cornwall and only a few minutes drive from the lovely sandy beaches and coves around Rock, Daymer and Polzeath. Brea has been tastefully and thoughtfully furnished providing a comfortable haven where you'll feel at home straightaway. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the master has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the remaining room has bunk beds plus an extra single bed. Downstairs is a colourful, bright open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a separate and elegantly furnished sitting room, where adults can relax at the end of a busy day. Bucket and spade days on the surrounding beaches are a wonderful way to create lasting memories of your holiday. What's more Daymer bay and Rock beach are both dog friendly all year round. North Cornwall also has pretty and historic villages such as Port Isaac to explore, or the dramatic King Arthur's castle over at Tintagel. Wadebridge at only 6 miles distant holds the gateway to the wonderful old railway line known as the Camel trail where the easy cycle trail can take you all alongside the beautiful river Camel. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
