It’s particularly hard with young children. I believe this was introduced because of COVID but it can’t last. Also, since John Bray has been taken over it feels very hard to get in touch, having to go through an office where no one knows anything about the local area - only to eventually be put through to the people who do! Also the website now seems to have changed. We’ve already tried to look at bookings for 2022 but have to fill out a form to request pricing. This seems counterproductive - how can you compare different properties and weeks if you have to make a new request each time? The property was first class, it’s a shame they’re moving to Latitude 50 next year.
