    The location is fantastic being so close to the beach, restaurants and also just a short walk to the butchers and grocery store. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property

*Building Works* First Light is located directly in front of a contruction project which shares access to the plot which is due to complete in 2021. All four beautifully furnished bedrooms are spread across the ground floor linked by a hallway. An even split of bedrooms each equipped with a flatscreen TV, the two king bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. Park up and forget about the car at First Light. On foot, you're right in the heart of Rock less than 500 meters from the dog friendly beaches of Porthilly and Rock and a choice of several bars and restaurants that are mostly dog friendly as well and only a 15 minute walk away from the main shops and other local amenities of Rock. Just a short ferry ride away lies Padstow's pretty harbour and the start of the Camel Trail, perfect for walking or cycling along the river to Wadebridge.
