Gated and enclosed just off the main route between Polzeath and Port Isaac, Seawynds welcomes you with ample parking. There is even enough space for a boat if required. On arrival, you are greeted by the bright and relaxed social spaces including an open plan living and conservatory dining area where you can enjoy the best of the countryside and those stunning sea views. The well equipped kitchen/ dinner has everything you need and more for holiday cooking. From the kitchen and the conservatory, you can access the rear patio area and garden where you can enjoy lazy afternoons soaking up the sunshine with a favourite novel. There are five bedrooms split across the ground and first floor. On the first floor, the light filled master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and shower. It has a cabriolet balcony that offers stunning rural views that stretch over to the coast. This is followed by a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There is a communal landing and seating area for both bedrooms. The ground floor hosts remaining bedrooms including the king, twin and remaining king bedroom with an ensuite shower.
Trelights is a picturesque little village found on the main route between Port Quinn and Port Isaac. From Seawynds, take a stroll over to the Longcross Hotel and restaurant perched above Trelights where you can enjoy a delicious meal whilst enjoying those far reaching coastal views or take a look around the Victorian gardens which are truly stunning. A moment’s walk [1 mile] from Seawynds is the local farm shop and restaurant, Trevathan Farm Shop [opens from February to December] offering seasonal vegetables fresh from the field as well as lots of local goodies. For your seaside day out, take a trip to Port Quinn with its beautiful sandy cove, the pretty fishing villages of Port Isaac and Port Gaverne all just 1 ¾ miles. For a more vibrant scene, the popular surfing beach of Polzeath, a great place to try your hand at a surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking followed by some sunbathing. Pull on your walking boots and tackle the surrounding coastal paths. You will find everything you need in Polzeath, including local food shops, clothing stores, art galleries and many seafront restaurants and pubs, ideal for family meals out.
