Finished to an exceptional standard, this premium holiday home can comfortably cater for up to 8 people across four stylishly designed bedrooms, making it the perfect base for a large family group or two families sharing. Step into this relaxing seaside family retreat with its chic décor guiding you through each room with the regular reminder that the beach is only a short distance away. There is plenty of living space in a flexible layout including a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room that lead into a snug. The sliding doors that can be closed off from the main living area, creating a separate games or TV area. Floor to ceiling windows flood the sociable spaces with light, while smooth sliding glass doors lead you out into the private secluded garden with a hot tub (available at an additional weekly charge), enabling you to fully unwind after an active day at the beach. The log burner and underfloor heating combine to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, lending it to use throughout the year. 2 The Sands has private parking for two cars on the driveway so that you can switch off, unload and leave your car for the duration of your holiday. Just a ten minute walk away, choose between the calm golden sands of Daymer Bay where all the family can enjoy some sandcastle building and dog walking along the coastal path, or the surfing hub of Polzeath Beach, suitable for all ages with friendly surfing assistance available. Stroll down the hill and enjoy some locally prepared meals in the nearby cafés and restaurants, or visit the Trebetherick Stores to stock up on delicious home cooked gourmet meals to eat in the comfort of your holiday home. The nearby Cowshed Spa in Trebetherick is a great place to relax with one of their well-known treatments after an actioned packed day on the North Cornwall coast. About the location

POLZEATH

Wadebridge 7.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
