This spectacular front line coastal holiday home has been recently refurbished with luxury and style in mind - from the 7 luxurious bedrooms with 6 bathrooms, to the professionally landscaped gardens. Perched in a prominent position overlooking Greenaway beach, in between Daymer Bay and Polzeath, overlooking the ever evolving Atlantic coast, Greenaway Reach offers spacious well planned accommodation for 12-14 guests in a high specification, contemporary coastal home that will satisfy even the most discerning visitor. Arranged over 4 levels the holiday house has unsurpassed sea views from most rooms, is accessed via a private unmade road and has off street parking.
Greenaway Reach is set in almost 2.5 acres of grounds with direct access to the coastal footpath and nearby Greenaway Beach. The luxurious property has a smart modern kitchen that is fully fitted and well equipped, just inviting gourmets to get creative. The generous open plan living areas include a games room that will delight all ages whatever the season. Throw open the doors from the living room and enjoy the large decked wrap around balcony. From this private elevated position, take in the glorious seascapes and indulge in lazy breakfasts and alfresco suppers as the sun sets. When evening draws in, you can retire indoors to the warmth of a cosy fire to plan the next days adventures.
Dog-friendly Daymer Bay is a very short walk from Greenaway Reach, from the garden gate turn left along the coast path. It is an area of clear blue bathing water and rock-pools and just behind the beach is the pretty St Enodoc church and to the other end Brea Hill. Daymer is also very popular with windsurfers and kite-surfers when conditions are right and at low tide you can walk the mile of golden sand along the protected Camel estuary around to Rock to catch the ferry over to Padstow. Turning right from the house along the coast path takes you to Polzeath, for many this is Britain's best surf beach with great cafes, galleries and restaurants on offer. A short drive up the coast lies the pretty fishing harbour of Port Isaac - home to the three Michelin stars of chef Nathan Outlaw and the location for the Doc Martin TV series.
