Brae Heights offers a well-considered space that flows effortlessly from room to room. The relaxed and spacious living room is the hub of the house where all the family can gather and recount the adventures of the day in front of the roaring fire. Open the sliding doors from the living room that extends out into the conservatory dining area and sit down to enjoy a well-deserved meal after an energetic day on the beach. Brae Heights offers four stylish bedrooms, three of which are situated on the ground floor, making this an ideal property for guests with limited mobility or two families sharing. The master bedroom commands the gorgeous estuary views from the first floor with an en-suite shower room and private balcony.

This contemporary self-catering holiday home is the perfect seaside base for all seasons; only a short drive from the exhilarating surf beach at Polzeath and the pretty fishing harbour at Port Isaac. On the opposite side of the road is the St. Moritz Hotel with its restaurants, swimming pools and indulgent Cowshed Spa. Walk to nearby Trebetherick Stores for your groceries and morning papers, or pop over to Rock village for the local butcher, fishmonger, bakery and delicatessen. Adventure seekers will be spoiled for choice; learn to surf and body board at Polzeath beach; try windsurfing, snorkelling and swimming over at Daymer Bay, or head to Rock for sailing, water skiing, wake boarding and exhilarating pleasure boat trips to spot puffins, seals and dolphins off this stunning North Cornish coastline.

Building Works Further Detail

The house next to Brae Heights has been extended and is under renovation. The original deadline of April has been extended due to the COVID 19 lockdown with some form of works continuing for the rest of the year. There may be noise and some dust during construction working hours. Blockwork and roofing have already been completed, window installation is due by the end of July and plans for August include beginning the first fixing of plumbing and electrics inside and rendering the outslde with slate hanging on one side. Further internal works such as second fixing will continue in October with landscaping closer to the end of the project. To discuss this further, please contact the office on 01208 863206.
