From here you can head to the calm waters of Daymer Bay, on the Camel Estuary, for gentle swimming, sandcastle building or challenge yourself to climb to the top of Brea Hill. Continue on to Rock for sailing, waterskiing and fishing trips, or catch the day ferry over to Padstow. In the other direction, Polzeath beach is ideal for surfers, bodyboarders and stand up paddle boarders. Book in for lessons or hire wetsuits and equipment by the hour at the excellent surf schools.
