Please note: Trequite is under-going renovations from January 2020 to the ground floor area moving the kitchen into the lounge creating an open plan kitchen and sitting area. The original kitchen will be a bunk room.
Trequite can be found in a magnificently, elevated position overlooking the bay at Polzeath on the North Cornwall coast, as it sweeps away towards the remarkable Pentire point. This roomy holiday house can sleep 8 guests in four bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, offering infinite possibilities for two families or groups of friends. With the wonderful sea view you can check the morning surf from all the principal rooms in his property, so it would be fabulous for surfers, sea swimmers and paddle-boarders. Keen walkers would also find this property a haven for seeking out the amazing bird and wildlife from the endless coastal paths that stretch for miles in both directions.
This attractive slate hung holiday house has a walled terrace wrapped around the front. Families can start their days breakfasting outside or finish them with a BBQ as they watch the glorious display of the last rays of the sun slip down into the horizon. The ground floor has a bedroom with a super king sized bed and a twin bedroom, and the first floor has a double and a twin room. There are plenty of spots about the house to snuggle up with a book, while always being able to keep an eye on the incredible sea and sky.
With many water based activities available from the beach at Polzeath busy children and teenagers can encourage the adults to take their pick from coasteering or surf lessons to stand up paddle-boarding. The wide golden sands of Polzeath are bordered by wonderful rock pools, large and small and dependent on the tides more options open up in the coves and inlets on either side of the bay. Within walking distance of Trequite you can find numerous opportunities for eating out and those who wish to go further afield can take a ten minute drive to the beautiful fishing village of Port Isaac.
