Trevic is a detached bungalow in an elevated position on a quiet development in Polzeath with glorious views over the bay from the garden and the surrounding coastline. The holiday property benefits from enclosed lawned gardens, off road parking and is close to the coastal footpath leading down onto Polzeath beach on the North Cornwall coast. Eight guests can be accommodated in four bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms. Polzeath is a wonderful base for a beachside holiday with the Camel estuary also only a few minutes drives away.
The bright, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for families to fuel up before and after a busy day on the beach in the refreshing Cornish sea air, with spots to view the dramatic waves rolling in and out. Guests can walk to the local pubs and restaurants and browse through the surf shops or take advantage of the wetsuit/surfboard hire or sign up for a surfing lesson. The sunny garden has a thoughtfully located decked area for morning breakfast or sundowners, whilst enjoying a view of the sunset or possibly sunrise, for any early birds in your party!
If anyone fancies calmer waters a very short drive brings you to the wonderful family beach at Daymer bay or a little further on to the sailing hub of Rock and the fabulous Camel estuary. Wadebridge is the nearest town with three supermarkets, a cinema and a leisure centre. From the town you can hire bikes and cycle along the Camel Trail, what was once the old railway line, which follows the wonderful shorelines of the estuary. Reward yourselves with a pasty and possibly a pint in the pretty fishing harbour of Padstow.
