If you are looking for coastal holiday just yards from the popular surfing beach of Polzeath, look no further. Hagervor House is a newly-refurbished semi-detached self-catering holiday home located immediately behind the popular Waterfront restaurant within less than one minute walk from Polzeath Beach and all it has to offer. Sleeping 6 comfortably in 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, this is the perfect contemporary coastal retreat for all the family on the North Cornwall coast.
Beautifully furnished throughout, Hagervor House offers spacious social living with an open plan well equipped kitchen/diner and a separate living room, perfect for those colder evenings after an exhilarating day on the beach. Rinse off salty skin and sandy toes in the outdoor shower, before relaxing indoors in front of a roaring wood burner. Open up the French doors from the living room onto the terrace, a veritable sun trap that is out of the breeze, perfect for barbecues and dining alfresco under the veranda.
Park up and forget about the car during your holiday at Hagervor House with the stunning blue flag beach right on your doorstep. Polzeath has a fantastic, buzzy surf vibe that appeal to all ages, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Renowned for its clear waters, golden sands and breath taking sunsets, it is also linked by dog-friendly coastal walks to the sandy sheltered beach at Daymer Bay. Younger children will love building sandcastles and dams across the stream, rock pooling and bathing in the gentle blue waters at Daymer. Hike up to the top of Brea Hill and drink in the spectacular views of the Camel estuary. Continue further on to Rock where you can hire sailing dinghy's or book waterski and paddle board lessons. The perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by, you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow, to explore the historic harbour. In the other direction you can follow the coast paths to Pentire Point, a National Trust headland and enjoy the spectacular views whilst tucking into a picnic. With so much to do on foot, you will be spoilt for choice.
1 x medium sized dog welcome by arrangement and restricted to the ground floor only. Parking for 2 cars.
