New for 2017 - Introducing Tresawl at Epphaven in between Polzeath and Port Quin
Tresawl is a much loved self catering holiday cottage with outstanding panoramic sea views towards Polzeath, North Cornwall and beyond. Located on the path to Epphaven Cove near Lundy Bay, Tresawl is only a 10 minute walk from this peaceful tidal beach which makes for an ideal sunset walk after supper. Sleeping 12 in 6 comfortably furnished bedrooms including a separate annexe opposite the kitchen, this holiday home is perfect for families sharing or large groups that welcomes your dog as well.
Tresawl is a comfortable holiday home that you can really relax in, safe in the knowledge that it is not a show home. The ground floor social spaces have a cosy and homely feel with a well-equipped kitchen inspiring house chefs to cook up a hearty meal after day exploring the North Cornwall coast. There are two dining areas to choose from; one in the kitchen, the perfect conversation hub, with a second formal dining area in the sitting room benefiting from stunning views of the unspoilt coastline including Pentire Glaze and The Rumps. Tresawl has five comfortable bedrooms set over two floors, most of them cleverly angled to take advantage of the ocean views. A sixth bedroom is located in the annexe directly opposite the kitchen. Access the wonderful garden from the sitting room, or sink into a comfy chair and watch the everchanging seascape from the comfort of your holiday home. The large patio makes a perfect spot for some alfresco dining while the garden lends itself to adventures and fun outdoor games.
Tresawl is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle between Polzeath and Port Quin with plenty of off road parking. From here, you can take a relaxing walk down to Epphaven, a sheltered cove with a sandy beach at low tide watching the wildlife on the way. For those who like a challenge, experience the dramatic coastal paths whilst soaking up the fresh sea air and views while tackling the cliff paths. Polzeath is only a couple of minutes drive away and a favourite spot for surfers of any ability, with beach side restaurants, shops as well as galleries and cafes. Sunsets here are well worth lingering on the beach for, perhaps with a cold beer or beach bbq?
