Balderstone has a fantastic, elevated location within 100 metres of Polzeath beach on the North Cornwall coast and enjoys stunning views of Pentire Point, Newland Island and far out to sea. A number of steps lead down to the entrance of the property which is designed to take full advantage of its position with a wonderful raised sun terrace - the perfect outside area for family entertaining or just to enjoy a coffee on a sunny day. Sleeping 8 people in 3 bedrooms, this luxury coastal holiday house makes for a memorable and successful holiday treat.

The open plan kitchen/living area at Balderstone is beautifully light and well designed for ease of use and most importantly, for relaxing in comfort and soaking up those jaw dropping views. The master bedroom downstairs has the luxury of a super king bed and en suite bathroom, while upstairs there is a twin room and a dorm-style room with 4 single beds sharing a bathroom.

Steps lead down to a private road at the bottom of the garden for pedestrian access to Polzeath beach and off road parking. With a grocery store, surf shops and a range of great cafes and restaurants, there is little need to go far. Surfers of all ages and abilities will love the buzzing vibe of Polzeath, whether stand up paddle-boarding or retro body boarding. Tramp the coast path as far as you wish past Pentire Point and The Rumps for some awe-inspiring scenery. In the other direction head towards Daymer Bay, a gentle route flanking the mouth of the Camel Estuary, and continue on to Rock beach, with its many water sports on offer, you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow harbour to sample the delights of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.
