Pinewood Flat 4 is a ground floor apartment enjoying a superb location being just a short distance up the hill from Polzeath beach. Relax and soak up the views in the communal gardens or continue walking through Coronation Gardens to reach the shops and the beach. A romantic seaside getaway for a couple, the apartment sleeps 2 people in one king size bedroom but can stretch to 4 by using the sofa bed in the lounge (we advise the extra two people are children). There is a reserved parking space in a car park 200 metres away, parking outside the property is limited and may be restricted to offloading only. Pets are also welcome at this property by arrangement.
A compact, sunny kitchen has everything you need for some relaxed holiday cooking. Relax after a non-stop day on the beach in the spacious, light sitting room. The bathroom is smart, glossy and well-lit, a pleasant space for a long soak after a days surfing.
A perfect holiday bolthole for surfers, walkers and everyone who loves the North Cornish coast, Polzeath is a lively beach resort with great facilities. Book a surfing lesson and rent wetsuits and boards at the many schools on the beach; join the marine conservation group for expert exploration of the rock pools or simply sit on the beach and watch the glorious sunsets. Stroll around the cliff past Greenaway to the golden sands and more mellow waters of Daymer Bay; loop back via the The Point at Polzeath, a golf club with spa, swimming pool and a restaurant with a lovely view of Pentire Point.
Pets by arrangement (not to be allowed in the bedrooms). The house will allow 4 people, we advise this is only taken up if the extra persons are children.
Please Note - Pinewood Flat 4 is situated directly next to a construction project of two new build properties, construction started in September 2016. The main aerial photo showing this was taken on the 7th of April 2017. We are advised that the majority of external works are expected to be complete by the Summer 2017 leaving internal finishing.
