On the ground floor two twin bedrooms have doors onto a shared balcony. A large shower room and utility are useful for rinsing off those last grains of salt and sand and storing damp wetsuits. The open plan first floor is roomy and stylish with beautiful wooden flooring and fashionable furnishings. Up on the second floor, bedroom one enjoys a kingsize bed with ensuite shower room while bedroom two has a double bed with a smart and sleek ensuite bathroom.

Polzeath enjoys a stunning setting in Cornwall with it's coastline to the North and Camel Estuary to the South a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Superb hiking along the coast path allows you to explore the headland of Pentire Point and The Rumps. Stop here awhile with a picnic to absorb the panoramic views across the sea and up and down the coastline. P
olzeath beach at low tide is a vast stretch of sand edged with mussel-covered rock pools; wonderful for children to have a go at shrimping or crabbing. A great opportunity for a dip in the sea, the waters provide energetic waves perfect for boogie-boarding, surfing and swimming and on calmer days, ideal for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.
