The property has off-road parking for 4 cars and a large sunny rear lawned garden.

Natural light floods into the double height living space on the first floor, creating a wonderful social space for cooking, eating and unwinding. If the high then spec kitchen does not inspire you to whip up a culinary storm then nothing will! Enjoy long, leisurely mealtimes, then take it easy in the laid back living space. In cooler months light the wood burner and unwind in front of a good movie with surround sound for that cinematic effect. One king size ensuite bedroom is set on a mezzanine platform, while the other is located on the ground floor. A beautiful bespoke oak feature staircase links the two main floors and three more twin bedrooms (one ensuite) as well as the family bathroom.

Follow the single track road leading straight on to the coast path overlooking Greenaway beach for some stunning walks and inspirational scenery. From here you can head to the calm waters of Daymer Bay, on the Camel Estuary, for gentle swimming, sandcastle building or challenge yourself to climb to the top of Brea Hill. Continue on to Rock for sailing, waterskiing and fishing trips, or catch the day ferry over to Padstow. In the other direction, Polzeath beach is ideal for surfers, bodyboarders and stand up paddle boarders. Book in for lessons or hire wetsuits and equipment by the hour at the excellent surf schools. With the St Moritz Hotel on your doorstep you can make the most of their Cowshed Spa, swimming pools and two fine restaurants if you cannot face cooking.
