Sea Reach is a self catering chalet-style property, well positioned for the beach, shops and local amenities in Polzeath on the North Cornwall coast. Located on the South West Coast path, you can walk on the cliffside to New Polzeath and out to the National Trust's Rumps and Pentire Point. Suitable for keen explorers, Sea Reach is a comfortable base for a small group or family with 3 bedrooms that accommodate up to 6 guests. You can bring up to two pets to the bungalow and apart from Polzeath beach in the main season, most of the surrounding beaches are dog-friendly as well as the coastal paths. Private parking for one car.

A compact, cosy place to stay with everything on your doorstep, Sea Reach comprises of three bedrooms; a super king, a twin and a bunk bedroom that all share a newly refurbished family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, living and dining is a perfect space for relaxing after a long day exploring the coast. Enjoy a cooked breakfast in the seaside shack next door where you can indulge in a full english breakfast or refuel with an afternoon tea ready for an evening walk ahead.

A fabulous seaside resort, Polzeath has surf equipment for hire by the hour and surf schools on hand to improve your pop up and technique if you want to take your surfing to the next level. There is a fantastic choice of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy some lunch or an evening sundowner with the picturesque coast as a backdrop. A short five minute drive brings you to Rock to go sailing or kayaking up or down river; catch the foot ferry from here to Padstow and explore this historic fishing harbour.

Please note: Sea Reach is located directly next to the family run Granny's cafe with low walling either side of the property. It has one parking space outside the front. The outside area consists of a small patio area at the rear with the addition of an outside shower around the side.
