Within a few steps of Nathan Outlaw's reimagined New Road Restaurant and his Fish Kitchen within easy walking distance at Port Isaac Harbour, there is fine dining close at hand. Port Isaac also boasts shops, pub, galleries, cafes and other fantatic restaurants. Delightful Port Gaverne with additional al fresco activities is also close by and the South West Coast Path continues to attract walkers of all ages.

This impressive property has an allocated parking space and an additional guest space (first come, first served) if needed. Linen and make-up bed service is available at an extra cost - please contact the Port Isaac office for detals. Guests will appreciate the extensive use of limestone, walnut and granite with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The minimalist glass showers have drench or multi-jet shower fittings for a refreshing start to your day.

On the top floor you will find the walnut and granite kitchen with high quality cooking appliances, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as ample prep areas providing an ideal environment for cooking locally sourced fish. The lounge area has comfortable large sofas and a 43 inch LG Smart TV. It boasts a floor to ceiling sliding glass window (with Juliette Balcony) to sample the sea breeze and appreciate the views. The dining area seats 6 in a light and airy space and guests can enjoy the Bose Blue Tooth Sound System.

The 1st floor has a king size bedroom which opens out onto the terrace where guests can relax on the corner sofa. The twin bedroom has two (3ft) single beds, extensive coastal views and both bedrooms, conveniently, have en suite shower rooms.

The ground floor has a snug with a sofa providing a quiet space for reading but also has a Samung Smart TV for gaming if required. There is a further king size bedroom with an en suite shower room and the main bathroom has a full size bath to relax in after a long day.

Within 6 miles of Port Isaac are some of North Cornwall's most stunning beaches; Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay. A fantastic surfing destination with conditions varying daily, Polzeath has appeal for novices and seasoned professionals alike. Rock has long stretches of fine sandy beaches washed by the tidal waters of the Camel Estuary. These waters are relatively calm and sheltered, providing hours of entertainment with sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, rowing and paddle boarding all on offer here. Daymer bay is a popular beach for young families with calm waters and lots of sand for sandcastles and digging! Sand dunes nestle around the top of the bay with Brea Hill providing shelter on the far side; well worth the climb for the marvellous views.
