This impressive property makes extensive use of limestone, walnut and granite with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The minimalist glass showers have drench or multi-jet shower fittings for a refreshing beginning or end to your day. The top of the range kitchen has professional stainless steel appliances and food preparation area, providing an ideal environment for cooking up some Cornish crab or lobster, which can be bought fresh from the harbour. There is a single bedroom with sea views and a king size bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a separate bathroom. The first floor boasts a king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a door to the decked patio, a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room has sea views.

Within 6 miles of Port Isaac are some of North Cornwall's most stunning beaches; Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay. A fantastic surfing destination with conditions varying daily, Polzeath has appeal for novices and seasoned professionals alike. Rock has long stretches of fine sandy beaches washed by the tidal waters of the Camel Estuary. These waters are relatively calm and sheltered, providing hours of entertainment with sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, rowing and paddle boarding all on offer here. Daymer bay is a popular beach for young families with calm waters and lots of sand for sandcastles and digging! Sand dunes nestle around the top of the bay with Brea Hill providing shelter on the far side; well worth the climb for the marvellous views.
