The well-equipped kitchen, is an ideal space for preparing a home cooked meal which can be enjoyed around the dining table or in the living area where you can watch the world go by. Take in the rural views over the harbour from the lounge and sunroom through large windows whilst challenging each other to a board game or relax with a favourite novel. On cooler evenings, you can relax in front of the wood burner in the lounge area and sink into the comfortable sofas after a long day on the coast. Enjoy beautiful countryside views from the master double bedroom and the sunny back garden from the second bedroom. In the enclosed garden, there are plenty of places to sit in the sunshine soak up the tranquillity of Cornish village atmosphere. Around the back, you will find the handy utility room with washing machine and wetsuit storage.

Port Isaac is a truly picturesque village with many restaurants, pubs and cafes. Take a leisurely stroll down the road or the footpath to spend the day wondering through the quirky shops and trying the local produce. Catch the Fisherman’s Friends performing on the Platt during the summer and of course, experience the film location of Doc Martin. Just a short drive away, visit famous surfing paradise Polzeath beach to catch some waves or the sailing hub of Rock on the Camel Estuary with its tidal yet calm waters perfect for all levels. From Rock, you can hop on the day ferry over to Padstow to explore the harbour and visit Rick Stein’s restaurants for fresh seafood.
