Sunnybank is a well-appointed holiday bungalow with beautiful sea views from its location at the top of Port Isaac village. Just a short walk leads to the harbour down the hill, with its quaint little cottages, galleries and restaurants. With generous bright rooms, tasteful furnishing and its very well equipped kitchen Sunnybank is perfect for family and friends as it accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms and has parking on its own drive and on road parking. For guests convenience fresh linen and bathroom towels are provided. There is an enclosed patio and a small sunny elevated rear garden ideal for lounging in a dechchair.
The open plan kitchen/diner is smart and well laid out, giving a practical and cheerful space for family meals. The comfortable sitting room has sea views and an open fire to snuggle around on an Autumnal evening. Two of the bedrooms have sea and coastal views and share a family bathroom while the third bedroom has an en-suite shower room. A utility room is a useful place to leave sandy boots after a stomp on the beach.
Port Isaac is a beautiful place to base your North coast holiday with its atmospheric harbour, historic fishermens' cottages and stunning coastal setting. Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw restaurants, contemporary art galleries and gift shops plus the regular appearance of 'Doc Martin' film crews brings the village bang into the 21st century. Walk over to Port Gaverne, a shingle beach popular for paddling and swimming; walk out onto the peninsula to the right of the beach for gorgeous views and a picnic amongst the sea pinks.
Please note the rear garden is fully secure with a raised grass area accessed by stone steps - care should be taken with children.
