This Grade II listed cottage has been renovated to exceptional standards, the interiors and design have been carefully thought out in order to provide the ultimate luxury and comfort during your holiday. It’s prime elevated position commands stunning views over the sea, harbour and village which can be enjoyed from almost every vantage point in the cottage. Outside, a stylish alfresco dining area wraps around the front of the property or for more of a bird’s eye view, climb up to the private terrace to capture that perfect seaside sunset. If that is not enough, there are two parking spaces and you can bring your family pet along to explore the best of North Cornwall from one of its loveliest retreats.
White House Cottage, a charming three-bedroom holiday cottage is located directly next door to The White House. When combined, both properties can cater 12 guests making this the perfect base for all the family to get together for that special occasion.
From the moment you step out of the car, the distraction of the spectacular ocean and harbour views will steal your gaze from start to finish. In-keeping with its original character and outstanding views, the interior radiates elegance with a calming colour palette and beautiful furnishings flowing throughout the cottage. The stylish kitchen with statement copper cupboards is very well equipped along with a rustic farmhouse dining table to enjoy many home-cooked delights with all the family. Retire into living area and sink into a chair with a favourite novel and admire the everchanging seascape as a backdrop. The first floor consists of three tranquil bedrooms, each softly carpeted exuding coastal style with breath-taking ocean views.
From your doorstep, the village of Port Isaac is a hub of activity with many shops, cafes, and restaurants to discover. Explore the north coastline from the water with plenty of boat trips to choose from with the chance of spotting seals, dolphins and puffins along the way. On Fridays, catch the Fisherman’s Friends perform on the Platt and explore the narrow streets and culture where Doc Martin is filmed right outside the door. Take a stroll over to the next bay along, Port Gaverne, a picturesque beach equipped with an excellent 17th century pub boasting real ales and delicious seasonal food, pretty shingle beach and the opportunity to try out an array of coastal adventures to include coastering and kayaking.
