Bedrawle is a detached 1960's style holiday property that is old fashoined but well positioned for the shops and services of Rock village and only a short walk from Porthilly Cove and Rock beach beyond. Soak up the sun from the south-facing lawned garden and patio and relax in the light living areas. Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms this is a convenient self catering holiday base for families on a seaside holiday, or groups of friends on a golfing week or exploring the natural beauty of the north Cornish coast.
Stock up the huge American style fridge freezer with frozen pre-prepared food made locally, or simple salad and pasta ingredients for quick holiday cooking in the smart black and white kitchen. In the sitting room, enjoy the sun streaming through the picture windows from the comfort of matching snug sofas. A warm abode for all times of year, boost the central heating by lighting the open fire for cosy Autumnal evenings. All 3 bedrooms have twin beds, 2 of which benefit from very large windows overlooking the garden, lovely to sit in bed with a morning cup of tea.
A particularly beautiful part of the Cornwall, Rock has a location that is hard to beat being set on the banks of the Camel estuary. from its source on Bodmin moor, the Camel river flows through the market town of Wadebridge and then broadens into an estuary as it meets the sea. A stunning, level cycle trail known as the Camel Trail is a lovely way of exploring the river and spotting the water fowl, water skiers, little motor boats and generally enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Rock is a stunning place to sail, there is a thriving sailing club running various racing events; with a galley, bar and sunny balcony, it's a superb spot for post-sailing liquid refreshment.
