Saltrock is a contemporary style dormer bungalow with a large conservatory, well positioned for all local amenities and a short drive from Rock, Daymer and Polzeath beaches. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard and will sleep 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms with 3 bath/shower rooms. A large and enclosed garden and parking for 4 cars make this property the perfect base to explore all that the North Cornwall coast has to offer.


Saltrock is a perfect base for all seasons with its lovely lawned garden, close proximity to some of the best beaches on the Cornish coast and wonderfully light and open plan living rooms. Guests can laze away summer days in the garden, or snuggle up on one of the many cosy sofas in front of the modern wood burner and indulge in a Cornish cream tea in the cooler months. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms upstairs and two twin bedded rooms on the ground floor. Saltrock is a good option for two families or a group of friends sharing and also has a hot tub for guests to use between
June 5th and September 4th at an additional charge.

Within walking distance of Saltrock there is a grocers, butcher, baker, fishmonger and delicatessen, plus clothing and home ware for some retail therapy. A pub/restaurant is located just minutes away and if you are happy to take the car, then driving down the Rock road will reveal many more diverse places to eat. A hop on the ferry to the pretty harbour town of Padstow will give you further options including Rick Stein's fish & chips and Paul Ainsworth. The Camel estuary is a beautiful stretch of water with its calm and sheltered conditions and offers a vast array of water sports to try. Surfers may prefer the short drive round to Polzeath where the waves reliably provide fun for all abilities to enjoy, while families tend to spend the day on the gentle beach at Daymer with a tasty picnic. The coastal paths are a must for bird and wildlife enthusiasts or simply to find the perfect vantage points to sit and admire the stunning views.

PLEASE NOTE: The water for the hot tub is completely changed every changeover, so the hot tub will take at least 24 hours to get to full temperature. Water samples are collected for regulatory testing on the second Tuesday of every month between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
