The grand doorway ushers you in with an instantly welcoming ambience. Step into the open plan social first floor with floor to ceiling windows flooding the space light. The high-spec kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to enjoy some Cornish inspired self-catering. Slide back the bifold doors extending the social hub out onto the balcony where you can admire those dreamy Camel Estuary views whilst in the comfort of your holiday home. The welcoming lounge styled in neutral tones radiates style with a calming colour palette and plush sofas. Next to the lounge, there is a dedicated work space for those that need it. Head outdoors into the attractive enclosed garden area where you will find a private heated swimming pool open from May half term to the end of September to entertain the gang. Take a stroll down the road to Rock beach renowned for its outdoor leisure facilities including; sailing, canoeing, water skiing, gig rowing, windsurfing and for those keen hikers, the South West Coast Path. Rock has a great choice of shops, including a butcher, baker and a fishmonger, and for easier holiday food options, there is also a great delicatessen, fish and chip shop, an array of pubs, cafes and restaurants. A selection of excellent restaurants surround Tresithney with the St Enodoc Hotel and Restaurant within a stone’s throw distance, the Mariners Pub on the waterfront or you can hop across on the ferry to Padstow and try some of Paul Ainsworth or Rick Steins signature dishes. Nearby Port Isaac, the home of the film series Doc Martin and Michelin starred chef Nathan Outlaw is just a short drive away. Wadebridge is the nearest town and just over 10 minutes drive away. From this pretty riverside town you can hire bikes and cycle your way alongside the estuary to Padstow or inland through pretty woodland toward Bodmin.
