We launched our first website in 1997 and our recognised brand name and established web presence delivers excellent organic traffic. Our secure, fully responsive, website is constantly being updated to stay ahead of the competition. It offers bespoke, live availability and is praised for being easy and intuitive to use. Together with detailed property descriptions, clear floor plans, high quality photography and professional videos, we are able to capture bookings whenever, and wherever your customers are looking.

- SEO and Pay per click

We invest a significant amount of time and money into Search Engine Optimisation, making our site search engine friendly and using the keyword phrases likely to be used to book a holiday in this wonderful part of Cornwall. This is backed up by paid ad word campaigns to attract target customers to our website and ensure your property receives the exposure it needs.

- Digital Marketing

On occasion we will market your property through portal sites to maximise your Internet exposure. Our database of previous customers grows daily and we send monthly newsletters to our email subscribers to promote our portfolio, including new properties, special offers and whatever's hot in North Cornwall to inspire them to visit. We run all sorts of joint promotions and competitions throughout the year to increase brand awareness as well as driving web traffic and additional bookings. Our blog will showcase everything relevant and interesting to do with holidaying in North Cornwall.

- Social Media

Our Social Media presence grows daily stimulated by regular posts, competitions, photos, videos and online interactions. We focus on Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram and YouTube to keep our customers informed, share relevant news and maintain our relationship with existing fans whilst attracting new ones too. - Press Coverage and Public Relations

Throughout the year, we advertise in particular magazines and newspapers, guides and event programmes that fit with the demographic of our target audience; adventurous young families, retired couples, dog-loving walkers, and surf seeking weekend breakers. We run joint promotions and competitions with hand-picked local and national partners to drive brand awareness. We also sponsor local events and charities such as Junior Camel Week, The Big Swim, The Rock Oyster Festival, The South West Coast Path, Cornwall Wildlife Trust and the Polzeath Marine and Conservation Group to name a few.

- Other Advertising

We advertise in areas Holidaymakers visit most, at the times they most visit - that way they get to know about us even if they haven't with us before. Our maintenance and staff drive smartly branded company vehicles, we have branded windbreaks that are free to hire, so we are visible on the beach and we distribute flyers through retail partners.

- Guest Loyalty Scheme

We encourage loyalty by offering our guests first refusal to rebook the same property for the same week the following year. Well over half of our guests take this opportunity, to ensure they get the best possible week before anyone else. If our guests are looking to come and visit at another time in the year, we give them priority access to the calendar so they can choose before anyone else. Our newsletter subscribers are also given priority booking before our availability goes live to the public at the end of the year.

- Brochures

We continue to produce a printed brochure for those who prefer something more tangible to flick through when searching for their next holiday cottage.
