Images and descriptions are indicative of the quality and style of the property and may not represent wholly the actual finishings and furnishings.
Keys can be collected from the key box at the property from 4:30pm on the day of arrival.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your property, please contact us straight away to allow us to investigate and resolve the matter. During office hours you will be able to speak to a member of the team and since our offices are only ever 5 minutes away from every property we rent, we are never far away. If you encounter any problems out of hours, you can call our 24-hour emergency number. All of our maintenance team are following the COVID Policy and may ask you to vacate the property during inspection.
Please return your keys to the key box by 9:00am promptly on the day of the end of your holiday. We politely ask that the above times are acknowledged, our caretaking team are following strict guidelines that require additional time to complete.
Unless otherwise specified, the holiday homes DO NOT INCLUDE LINEN OR TOWELS. You are welcome to bring your own with you, or you can hire it from Atlantic Laundry who will deliver your linen order direct to your holiday home in Rock, Polzeath, Daymer Bay or Port Isaac.

We have made some changes to the cleaning process in line with industry guidelines to ensure you can enjoy your Cornish holiday as safely as possible. For more information on those changes, please read our Customer Guidelines. A caretaker is employed to clean the holiday cottage before your arrival and on your departure. Please note that you are required to leave the holiday cottage clean and in good order when you go and will be responsible for any breakages.

Rock, Daymer Bay, and Port Isaac beaches are dog friendly all year round and at any time of day. Polzeath beach has a seasonal restriction between 15 May and 30 September where you can take your dog for a run on the beach before 10am and after 6pm. Pets are permitted in a number of holiday cottages (those displaying a dog paw icon) at a cost of £25 per week. Where "No Pets" is specified this is not negotiable.
If you do bring a pet to a "pet friendly" house you must ensure the pet is well behaved, that all mess is cleared up regularly and disposed of correctly, pets are to be kept off furniture and out of the bedrooms, and never left unattended.
Please note: if any member of a booking party has allergies, we cannot guarantee that pets have not occupied the property at any time.
The availability on the web site is "live". If a cottage is booked it immediately becomes unavailable for the booked week. The only way a cottage will not be allocated to you (if you have proceeded through the online booking process), is if someone else is doing so as well, at the same time and gets to pay for it before you!

When you have paid you will be sent a booking confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive this within an hour, please ring the office 01208 880302 for properties in Port Isaac, and 01208 863206 for all other areas.
Your balance payment will be due one month before the holiday starts. You can pay it online here, but we will also contact you nearer the time, via email to your given e-mail address, with a link on the booking confirmation e-mail. Alternatively you can give us a call, but please have all your booking details to hand.
