“I was very dissatisfied when we arrived to find no heating on , it is not expecting to much to make arrangements for some one to switch the heating on 24hr in advance.”
The supplementary heating was not easy to find, placed in a more prominent position would be helpful.
The hob was reported broken on Monday ,no response, after another phone call the engineer replaced the unit on Wednesday the day before we finished our holiday.
The engineer was helpful and efficient.
