    “Beach Haven is perfectly positioned for the beach and Polzeath in general.”

    The house is nice and big with lots of parking although the interior is very tired. We found the games room a great addition.

The property

Beach Haven is a lovely vacation rental in Polzeath, Cornwall. This three-bedroom home is great for family vacations, and the games room, which has a table tennis table and darts will keep you occupied for hours. Beach Haven's hilltop location provides panoramic views of the sea; relax in the living room and take in the vistas via the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is even a woodburning stove for the chillier evenings and off season breaks. Locate the contemporary kitchen, offering the convenient of the electric oven and induction stove and enjoy meals together in the dining room, as you move through the property. After a day of adventure, the ground-floor bathroom has a corner bath with bubbles and a walk-in shower, while the first-floor bathroom has a conventional bath and walk-in shower to wash off in. When it's time to sleep, there are three wonderful bedrooms to select from: two doubles and a family room. These provide good flexibility for your guests and the latter means a child can sleep in the same room as the parents. The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
